OCP TECHNOLOGY believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Course Cancellation Policy

  • Students may request cancellation within 7 days from the date of enrollment.
  • After 7 days, no cancellation requests will be accepted for any reason.
  • For offline (classroom) sessions, cancellation is only allowed before attending the second scheduled class.
  • For online courses, participation in live sessions, accessing LMS material, or downloading course content will be considered as course utilization, and cancellation may not be allowed afterward.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the course content delivered is not as described or promised in the curriculum.
  • If OCP Technology cancels the batch or discontinues the course.
  • If the customer has a valid quality-related concern and can provide proof for review.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The request is made after the 7-day cancellation window.
  • The student has completed more than 20% of the course or attended multiple sessions.
  • Failure to attend classes, personal issues, change of schedule, or lack of time.
  • The student expected results or outcomes that are not guaranteed (e.g., job placement or certification clearance).

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment mode only.
  • No cash refunds will be provided.

Batch Rescheduling & Transfer

  • Students may request a batch change or a course transfer once, subject to seat availability.
  • Transfers after 7 days of enrollment may require additional rescheduling fees.
